Connecticut Flute Orchestra mourns the death of Founding Member Adrian Peter Standaart. Peter passed away of cancer on September 16, 2018. As CTFO finished its sound check the word was received from colleagues who were at his bedside at Middletown Hospital. We would like to think Peter wanted to make it to CTFO's performance and left his body to get to Crowell Concert Hall in time to hear us.
